The Japanese version of this Privacy Policy is the authoritative version. This English translation is provided for reference only. In case of any discrepancy, the Japanese version shall prevail.

Inventy Inc. (hereinafter "the Company") establishes the following Privacy Policy regarding the handling of users' personal information in CalSync Alarm (hereinafter "the App").

1. Basic Policy

The Company respects users' privacy and complies with the Act on the Protection of Personal Information and other applicable laws and regulations.

2. Information We Collect

The App collects the following information to provide its services:

Information we do NOT collect: Location data, contacts, photos, advertising identifiers (IDFA), event descriptions, or attendee information.

3. Purpose of Use

To retrieve Google Calendar events and register them as alarms
For user authentication and account management
For improving app functionality and fixing bugs

4. Data Storage

All information collected by the App is stored only on the user's device (locally).
No personal information is transmitted to or stored on the Company's servers.
Data is stored using Apple's SwiftData framework and is protected by the device's encryption.

5. Disclosure to Third Parties

The Company does not provide users' personal information to third parties.
Exceptions include cases:
- Required by law
- Necessary for the protection of life, body, or property
- With the user's consent

6. Data Deletion

Users can delete data stored by the App through the following methods:

Sign out: Signing out from the app's settings screen will delete stored calendar information and authentication data.
Uninstall: Removing the App from your device will delete all data.
Revoke Google access: You can revoke the App's access from your Google Account settings at https://myaccount.google.com/permissions.

The App is not intended for children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

9. Changes to This Policy

The Company may modify this Privacy Policy as necessary.
In the case of significant changes, users will be notified through in-app notifications or by posting on our website.
The modified Policy shall take effect upon being posted within the App or on our website.
